For starters, just send us an e-mail with an executive summary that briefly outlines your project and any public references (i.e. web-site/CD or Power Point presentation).

5. What procedures do you follow before
deciding to invest?
We first assess the viability of your project and how it matches Vitalife's mandate. We also generally examine the potential connections we have within our existing network of colleagues, associates and business partners to see what possibilities exist for promptly matching you with a strategic alliance.
Following a series of internal management meetings wherein all of your project's details are reviewed, we will decide whether or not to invest in your company - and if we decide to invest, what our proposal will be.
Once you have reviewed our proposal, and once we have come to general agreement, we continue with due diligence validation of the information provided to us.
At this stage, though we are serious in investing in you, until final validation is complete no deal has formally been made and the terms are not binding.
We wish to make it clear that Vitalife is a 'hands-on' venture capital fund. Our management team will be actively involved in the company and entrepreneurs with whom we have partnered. We see this as being beneficial to the short and long-term success of the company. Vitalife has years of experience, knowledge and international connections which will be used in your service - and this alone is often worth more than the actual value of the funds invested.
