Dr Ludomirski is an acknowledged world expert in several medical areas and is a successful businessman in his own right. Throughout his career, Dr. Ludomirski has consulted to the top companies in the medical field, including GE Medical, ATL (Philips), Matria, QED, Medison. He is very experienced in the area of VCs, start-ups and with global regulators. Through his work, he has gained a substantial overview of medical trends and technologies, thus giving him the ability to assist funded companies in matching their product/device to market needs. He has also established an excellent network with world life-science companies such as Siemens, SmithKleinBeecham, Merck and Cook (to name a few). Dr. Ludomirski is practicing the "Hands On" approach with Vitalife portfolio companies as an essential parameter for success.  Dr. Ludomirski serves as Chairman of Sightline and DeepBreeze and board member with emphasis on business development of Mediguide. Mr. Jeff Dykan has years of experience working in senior management positions with top global companies, such as Applied Materials, VocalTec, BitBand, Opal and Andersen Consulting. He is also very experienced with VC's, IPO's and M&A, having spent most of his career in finance, business development and general management of global companies during challenging business cycles. Mr. Dykan offers portfolio companies the benefit of his expert analysis of the company and the market potential - as well as his hands-on experience and global network of connections in the financial community.Mr. Dykan is Chairman of Trig Medical and serves on  board of directors of  Deep Breeze, Quantomix , BetaO2 ,GeneGrafts, ColBar ,FDCardio and the Technion Incubator
